When you register for membership at mPanchang, we collect information such as name, birth details, gender, email address and birth place. We use such information to provide you with accurate horoscope predictions and other astrological services. Your email address enables you to create an account on mPanchang. You can secure your account with a password and have an exclusive access to our personalized services. We also collect the email address when the user logs in through Facebook. The user uses this Email address to log into the application.

Order Forms
We also collect information through order forms which is required to avail our paid services and products. The information collected is kept confidential and is used strictly for the services and products you sign up for.

Use of Personal Data

mPanchang ensures confidentiality and security of our members’ personal details and identity and any use of the same for predictions and forecasts. Your information is safe and secure with us. We further guarantee that no use, whether directly or indirectly, will be made by mPanchang pertaining to any data or information that is disclosed in the forecasts or predictions for a member except for communicating the horoscope chart, results and predictions to the members solely. We do not, in any way, provide/sell/rent your personal information/data/details to anyone. mPanchang allows its users and members to access their information and their profiles and make changes whenever required.

Data Deletion Request By User

We collect the user’s name and email address when they register or create an account with mPanchang. We also collect the email address when the user logs in through Google or Facebook. The user uses this Email address to log into the application.

Your password is critical for your account’s security. So, make sure you create a password with characters, letters and numbers and do not disclose it to anyone. You are responsible for each action that you do on the application, so if you lose control of your account and the actions done in your account name, you might be subject to legal complications. So, if you lose your password, then notify us immediately and change your password.

mPanchang also facilitates removal of your data or personal information as per your request. You can follow the steps below to request data deletion from your account :

-For Direct Login

If you have directly registered with Tarot Life, then you can send a request for your data deletion on support@mpanchang.com

-For Facebook Login

If you have logged in through Facebook, then you can request data deletion following these steps :

Open your Facebook account and go to Facebook Settings & Privacy
Select Settings
Select Apps & Websites from the left menu. It will display all the apps where you have logged in with your Facebook account
Select Tarot Life from the list and click Remove
Go to View Removed Apps & Website on the bottom of the page
Select the remove app, i.e. Tarot Life and click on the View button
Click on Send Request. You will get a link and confirmation number explaining about the status of your data deletion request.

Third-Party Links

At our discretion, we might offer or include third-party products and services on our website. We do not sell, transfer or trade your personal identifiable information to any third-party. Purchases

We handle our purchases through the following two ways:

a) In-App Purchase (Outside India)
mPanchang provides you with access to certain enhanced features, services and products. By purchasing our In-App services and products, you agree to pay the full price due and incurred by you in your usage of the purchased services and products.

b) Payment Gateway (In India)
mPanchang processes all the payments for their paid services and products through a secure payment gateway. We never share your credit card/ debit card/ net banking information with anyone. All the payments are processed in a secure manner. We adopt standard industry guidelines and technical measures to protect your information and data against any unauthorized access and use.

If you purchase one of our services or products, the payment will be handled by a third-party payment gateway. We use the following payment gateway:

The payment gateway will collect information about you, such as your name, address, phone number, email and credit card details. A very limited amount of information acquired from this is shared with us, which enables us to setup your account as a customer with us.
